A draft contract will be shared after the interview process and teams will have an opportunity to discuss or ask questions about it during that time. General terms of the contract are outlined in the RFP as follows:

• EVRIFA ownership of final reports, datasets, maps, profiles, presentations, and editable source files

• Protection of confidential site, landowner, utility, infrastructure, and economic-development information

• Compliance with applicable laws, grant conditions, procurement requirements, nondiscrimination requirements, and records-retention requirements

• Insurance requirements appropriate to the final scope, potentially including general liability, professional liability/errors and omissions, cyber/privacy, workers’ compensation, and automobile liability

• Regular coordination, possible in-person meetings and site visits, and prompt preparation of meeting materials

• EVRIFA’s right to negotiate the scope and fee, award all or part of the scope, reject proposals, waive informalities, or cancel or reissue the RFP
